YG3X has the best wear resistance but poor impact toughness in w-co-ti alloy. It is suitable for high-speed finishing of a small section of cast iron, nonferrous metal, and its alloy, fire-resistant steel, and alloy steel;

The wear resistance of YG6 is higher but lower than that of YG3, and the impact resistance and vibration resistance of YG6 is better than that of YG3X. It is suitable for semi-finishing and finishing of cast iron, nonferrous metal, alloy and nonmetal material with medium cutting speed;

YG8 has the advantages of high strength, impact resistance, and seismic resistance, but lower wear resistance and allowable cutting speed. It is suitable for low-speed rough machining of cast iron, nonferrous metal, alloy, non-metallic material;

YT5 has the best strength, impact resistance, and seismic resistance, but poor wear resistance. It is suitable for rough turning and semi-fine planing of carbon steel and alloy steel (including forgings, stamping parts, cast iron skin) in intermittent cutting;

YT14 has high strength, good shock resistance, and seismic resistance, which is nearly inferior to YT5 alloy, but its wear resistance is better than YT5. It is suitable for rough turning and rough milling in the continuous cutting of carbon steel and alloy steel, and semi-finishing turning and finishing turning in intermittent cutting;

Yd201 is suitable for semi-finishing and rough machining of cast iron and light alloy, as well as the milling of cast iron and low alloy steel;

Yw1 has a good red hardness and can withstand certain impact load. It is a good alloy with good versatility. It is suitable for the processing of refractory steel such as heat-resistant steel, high manganese steel, stainless steel, and ordinary steel and cast iron.
