How to operate and maintain the rebar straightening machines?
Wire straightening die, also named wire guide die, The inner diameter of the carbide straightening die should be 2-4mm larger than the inner diameter of the straightened steel bar, and the large opening of the straightening die should face the direction in which the steel bar enters.
During the straightening process, the horizontal device of the conveying pressure roller should not be adjusted arbitrarily. If the adjustment is improper, the resistance will increase, which will cause the internal ribs to break and damage the equipment.
The wire rod should be stable on the rack. A circular guide device should be set up between the tray rack and the straightening machine to avoid accidents when the ribs are broken or disordered.
Straightened steel bars should be stacked separately according to category, diameter, length, and number of bars, ready to serve as auxiliary reinforcement.
Before work, you must check whether the connecting bolts of the main components are tight, the rotating parts should be greased, and no other objects and tools can be placed on the machine. Every shift must do a good job of maintenance. After 700h of use, one level of maintenance is required.
Idled test run before work, and then start to work after normal operation.
The straightening cylinder should be checked regularly to eliminate the oxide scale and rust accumulated in the planes on both sides.
If abnormal conditions and noises are found in the transmission part during operation, it should be shut down immediately for maintenance and should not be used reluctantly.
Always pay attention to the temperature of the bearing during work. If the temperature rises above 60 ℃, stop the machine in time to find out the cause.
When working, you must choose an appropriate roll according to the diameter of the steel bar.
During the straightening work, no unrelated persons are allowed to stand near the machine, especially when the steel bars on the material pan are about to be adjusted, to prevent the end of the steel bars from hitting people.
Straightening machines are the most used in metal processing, especially steel straightening machines. Here we mainly introduce the five aspects of the daily maintenance of straightening machines:
