1. The original bearing should be checked for accuracy, and it is recommended to replace the new bearing. The bearings to be replaced shall adopt P5 low-noise, high-precision bearings.
2. Check the inner diameter of the bearing housing on the planers (due to the large amount of noise caused by the wear of the inner hole of the bearing for many years, it will also cause the bearing to be damaged in a short period of time, making the bearing go inner or outer circle). If there is a problem with the bearing seat, it must be replaced It is a new bearing seat.
3. Before installing the bearing, check and clean the shaft head and the shaft seat; add 3# white grease in the bearing; when installing the bearing, the bearing should be pressed in smoothly and evenly. (If there is hydraulic equipment, please use hydraulic equipment Install the bearing. If there is no hydraulic equipment, a steel sleeve should be used to contact the inner ring of the bearing evenly to avoid damage to the outer circle of the shaft head.
4. There are four cutting edge surfaces. If one of the cutting edges of the blade is blunt, you need to tighten the screw counterclockwise to clean the knife seat and the blade. It is recommended to use gasoline or thinner to clean it easily. When changing the cutting edge surface, you must pay attention: the surface of each blade has a mark point, and it must be ensured that the uniform orientation is consistent to avoid the wrong surface of the new and old blades and cause the wood planing surface to be uneven.
5. If the screw is too tight or rusty and difficult to loosen, first put the bit into the torx hole of the screw and tap it lightly with a small hammer (be careful not to damage the blade), and then use a wrench to loosen it easily . In order to avoid the phenomenon that the screw is rusty and difficult to loosen when the blade is changed next time, it is recommended to clean the screw hole every time the knife is changed, and then dip the screw with oil and screw it into the screw hole, so as to ensure the next time Easy to loosen the screws when changing the blade.
